Breakfast Cups
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Cut rounds of bread using a cookie cutter. (Or if you're like me and missing a few essential kitchen items then you can use a cup.)
2. Press each bread round into a greased muffin tin. Sprinkle in desired cheese & bacon.
3. Crack 1 small egg into each bread cup and season with salt & pepper
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until desired runniness (that may or may not be a word).
5. Serve warm, top with green onions, and more cooked bacon.

wow does this look amazing...im already thinking of all the vegetarian substitutes i can come up with to replicate this recipe!!!
