Who needs words when a picture says a 1000?

Hello all. Instead of apologizing to the wall or in this case the monitor, (since I am unaware if my 136 blog views are my mom, myself or perhaps the few that have randomly clicked on my blog in passing) I've decided to just post lots of pictures. My excuse: The last thing I want to do when I get home is look at a computer or use the internet. The positive: I still cook frequently and take a ton of pictures.

All you need

A mini muffin pan is perfect for these! I also love this photo because a few of my favorite things are pictured - bows and starfish...cupcakes in the next photo!

They puff up and have the most light yet chewy consistency. Like nothing I've ever had.


Final Product



Oven Roasted Salmon (with a shallot parsley white wine sauce that I poured on everything)with steamed asparagus and Israeli couscous.


My favorite "after work snack"-- Self explanatory.


Dangerously good/ dangerously bad for you tilapia in garlic, shallots and butter. yummm more pictures of this to come soon.
