Hotel Nayara- Costa Rican Tropical Paradise!

My name is Eli Tirosh, and I was recently asked to provide a few travel reviews for this great website and wanted to share with you a fabulous experience I had in Costa Rica this past week.

The hotel we stayed at was Hotel Nayara. The photographs on the website really don't do this place justice!

The hotel was amazing from start to finish. We arrived after a long two hour drive from Tamarindo and were welcomed with cold towels and a refreshing tropical drink. We then were escorted to our room and explained all the features of our little casita including the indoor and outdoor showers and a jacuzzi on our own private balcony that overlooked the volcano.



The staff was absolutely great the entire stay. No request was too difficult, and all was provided in a prompt and efficient manner (even bringing us a knife to the room at 12am in order to cut the cake they gave us as a welcome gift!)


We spent some time walking the grounds and noticed the gorgeous spa that overlooks the rainforest. This photograph highlights the privacy and walk to the spa:




Also, here is a video of the spa area and me talking to the fabulous employee about a possible treatment later on in the afternoon (since after I saw the massages take place overlooking the rainforest, I couldn't resist!)

Even though the hotel was comped, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone trying to get away. The combination of amazing food (with waiters who remember your name after the first day) to the luxurious indoor and outdoor showers of the casitas make this a truly unique property.
