Anyway, I've created a recipe that really only takes 30 minutes. And if your eating habits are anything like mine that includes the time it takes to eat it too. :)
Easy as Uno Dos Tres fajiTACOS!
Seriously you don't need much--
Ingredients:
Not pictured: Steak (Rib Eye is delicious and juicy, flank or skirt could work well too) and Salsa Fresca (found in the refrigerated section, in a plastic container).
I marinated the steak in this great marinade I got from Feast From The East called, Onion Soyette. I walked in one day on my lunch break and ordered my favorite chinese chicken salad (best in town). While I was being rung up the cashier offered me a bottle of their new dressing/ marinade to take home and try. I mean, I know my image screams FOOD BLOGGER but really, how did he know I was interested in cooking and would be the perfect candidate to try their new dressing?? Either way, I was stoked!
After grilling off my steak and sautéing the typical fajita vegetables that took all of 10 minutes, I constructed my fajita making assembly line!
Why yes, those are microphone tongs...funny you should ask. I like to sing while I cook. I might know how to cook but singing is not my strong suit. I like to think that they balance each other out. So, for Chanukah Jesse got me a great addition to my drawer full of useful kitchen gadgets.
I layered my fajitacos (I know you love the name) as follows: lightly grilled tortilla (duh), sautéed fajita veggie mixture, sliced steak cooked medium rare, salsa fresca, cilantro and green onions...YUM. (I prefer to leave out the "O")
Uno, Dos, Tres!
One more close up in case you missed it the first time!
Enjoy!

I think this was the best entry so far. Very good writing and I like how you talked about my microphone tongs. I hope you were singing La Bamba or something like that with this Mexican meal.
