
I'm combining two meals in one here. Not sure of the dates anymore. Things are hectic. Imagine a combination of senioritis + midlife crisis+ work, internship, & class everyday = NO MOTIVATION!

My secret ingredients...

Chicken w/ all the secret ingredients.
I added: Roasted bell peppers, dollops of ricotta cheese, pesto, shaved parm, more onions and garlic mmm.This is after it was in the oven for a short time.
Finished Product!
The ricotta cheese made for a messy presentation but definitely worth the taste!
My second dinner was another Archer Farms re-creation! I added my own broccoli and parsley to their boxed porcini mushroom gnocchi!
